Most orders are shipped within one to two days depending on the day of the week you order. I ship five days a week. Custom orders that have to be made will take a little longer. Contact me by email and I can give you an idea of my work load and how long it will take to get a custom order done. Typically one week to 10 days.
All orders are shipped via United States Post Office. First Class or Priority Mail, depending on which method you choose.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, we offer merchandise exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged and all tags should still be intact within 14 calender days from date of purchase. You need to contact me by email to notify me of return and to check on merchandise availability and/or let me know what you want to do before sending it. You will need to return the item at your expense unless there is an error in what I sent you. In the case that I am at fault, I will assume the shipping fees. You will also be responsible for shipping fees for exchanged items as well.
There will be no returns excepted after the 14 day period.
Sale Items - No returns are allowed on sale items. All Sales Final!
Custom Orders - No returns or exchanges on custom jewelry and/or custom dresses. All sales final on any custom work or special orders.
